Notorious porn star Max Hardcore dies aged 66 from sceptic shock
Notorious porn star Paul Little, better known as Max Hardcore, has died aged 66 from septic shock and pneumonia.
Little, who was known for his extreme and degrading scenes, had been undergoing radioactive iodine treatment amid a year-long battle with thyroid cancer when he died.
‘He was almost at the finish line for the chemotherapy,’ his manager Paul Munoz told AVN.
‘He went in and did the surgery and he didn’t want to spend the weekend at the hospital so he came back home and that’s when things went south for him. His wind tunnel ruptured and air started going into his neck and his neck started swelling up,’ Munoz continued.
‘And then this past Friday he suffered some kind of infection in his throat and downstairs. This infection wiped him out because his immune system had not recovered from the last time in December.’

Despite his health woes, Little had continued working in porn right up until his cancer diagnosis, even using a strap-on dildo after his ability to perform was affected following prostate surgery.
During his almost three-decade career, Little was known for his extreme, envelope-pushing scenes which often included depictions of abuse, along with urination, defecation and more.
He was also known in the adult industry for an aggressive form of oral sex.

English feminist Julie Bindel celebrated Little’s death this week, tweeting: ‘He tortured and abused numerous women for his own sadistic pleasures and in the production of pornography’
Little and his production company Max World Entertainment were indicted by a federal grand jury in Tampa, Fla., in May 2007 on charges of distributing obscene matter through the U.S. mail and the internet.
In 2008, he was sentenced to 46 months in prison.
Despite doing time in prison, many of Little’s supporters felt the charges were unjust, which earned the controversial performer a reputation as a champion of free speech among some, while others reviled him.
